中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症91例的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 91 cases of endocrine disorders type of infertility in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的治疗效果。方法:选择我院收治的91例内分泌失调性不孕症患者,给予甲组患者单纯西医治疗,给予乙组患者采用中西医结合治疗,比较不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果:比较两组患者的治疗效果,甲乙两组患者的痊愈率、有效率差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:给予内分泌失调性不孕症患者采用中西医结合治疗,可有效提高妊娠率,治疗效果显著。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on endocrine disorders type of infertility. Methods： 91 cases with endocrine disorders type of infertility were collected. Group A was treated with western medicine, group B was given the integrative medicine. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results： The curative rate and the efficacy in both showed obvious difference, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on endocrine disorders type of infertility, and obviously increased pregnancy.
