中西医结合护理在急诊护理工作中的运用

Application of the integrative in emergency care

目的:观察急诊护理工作中应用中西医结合护理服务的效果,为临床提供依据。方法:随机选取2012年9月-2013年9月本院急诊科收治的住院患者100例,随机分为实验组(中西医结合护理组)与对照组(常规护理组),各50例;比较两组患者焦虑抑郁状况改变情况及对护理工作满意度。结果:两组患者经不同护理干预后,焦虑抑郁情况得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对护理工作满意度实验组得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理,将中医理论基础与西医护理知识相结合、辨证施护与对症护理程序相结合、中医传统治疗方法与西医先进护理技术想结合,能有效改善急诊科患者护理效果,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects in emergency care work by the integrative care, and provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods： 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the experimental group （integrative care group） and the control group （usual care group）, 50 patients for each; changes of anxiety and depression in two groups and satisfaction of nursing were compared. Results： With different nursing interventions, the situation of anxiety and depression was improved in two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; scores of nursing satisfaction in Conclusion： The integrative care could effectively improve effects patients＇ nursing job, and is worthy of promotion. the experimental group were higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. of patients＇ care in emergency department, improve satisfaction ofpatients＇ nursing job, and is worthy of promotion.
