针刺结合偏振光治疗面神经炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating facial neuritis by acupuncture plus polarized light

目的:探讨针刺结合偏振光治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:按照数字随机分组法将我院收治的72例面神经炎患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者仅给予常规药物配合针刺治疗,实验组患者在此基础上加用偏振光治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:实验组患者痊愈率及治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗和针刺治疗基础上实施偏振光治疗面神经炎能够有效提升临床疗效,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus polarized light on facial neuritis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment plus acupuncture. Another group was given polarized light more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The curative rate and the total efficacy in the experiment group were obviously higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Polarized light based on conventional treatment plus acupuncture could obvious improve clinical effects, and showed good clinical value.
