针刺配合中药内服治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating Xuexu Fengzao stype neurodermatitis by acupuncture therapy and TCM medicine

目的:观察针刺配合中药内服治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,对照组口服中药汤剂,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上进行针刺治疗,1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药治疗神经性皮炎较单纯使用中药疗效更好。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture and TCM medicine on Xuexu Fengzao stype neurodermatitis. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （50 cases）, and the control group （50 cases）. The control group was given TCM medicine, while the treatment group was added the acupuncture therapy, one month for one course. With one course’s treatment, clinical effects were compared. Results： The total efficacy （92%） in the treating group was significantly higher than that （72%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupunture and TCM medicine is more effective on neurodermatitis.
