补阳还五汤内调外治糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤口服并配合足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用补阳还五汤口服并配合足浴治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用甲钴胺胶囊口服、腺苷钴胺肌注治疗,两组连续用药30d,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、运动神经的传导速度的变化。结果:两组DPN患者临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组的总有效率为76.7%,经Ridit检验显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤口服并配合足浴能改善患者临床症状,提高神经传导速度,对DPN有较显著的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus footbath on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups; all patients were given routine treatment. The treatment group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus footbath more; another was given western medicine more. Results： In 30 days, clinical symptoms and signs in two groups were improved in different degrees. The total efficacy in the treatment group was 93.3%, obviously better than 76.7% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus footbath could improve clinical symptoms, enhance nerve conduction velocity, and those were confirmed with remarkable effects.
