清热活血汤治疗结节性痒疹36例

Clinical observation on treating nodular prurigo with the Qingre Huoxue decoction

目的:观察中西医结合治疗结节性痒疹的结果。方法:将符合结节性痒疹诊断标准患者72例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。治疗组采用清热活血汤加减配氯雷他,对照组用氯雷他定。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率77.8%,两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结节性痒疹效果更理想。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating nodular prurigo. Methods： According to diagnostic criteria of nodular prurigo, 72 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group which including 36 patients. To use the Qingre Huoxue decoction plus loratadine in treatment group, and single loratadine in control group. Results： The total effective rate （91.7%） in the treatment group was significantly better than that （77.8% ）in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the integative medicine is more effective.
