中西医结合疗法在溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗中的应用

Treating ulcerative colitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:以我院50例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各25例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上配合中药保留灌肠治疗,对比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100%,对照组治疗总有效率80%,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:在溃疡性结肠炎中配合中医疗法,能够充分发挥中药的抑菌、控制炎症、阻断抗原刺激、减轻免疫反应、促进溃疡面的愈合的功效,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To explore effects of the integrative medicine on ulcerative colitis. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 25 cases for each. The control group was given conventional western medicine, the observation group was given TCM retention enema more. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was 100%; the total efficacy in the control was 80%, effects in the observation were obvious better than those in the control. Conclusion： TCM therapy has function of anti HP and protecting gastric mucosa efficacy, promoting the healing of ulcers, improving HP negative rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
