中医辨证疗法配合病症检验的体会

Clinical experience for disease examination in TCM differentiation

目的:分析中医辨证疗法配合病症检验的应用情况。方法:共收录2012年6月-2013年6月的40例资料。40例分为观察组、对照组,每组20例。观察组采用中医辨证疗法,对照组采用常规治疗与检验方法。结果:临床采用中医辨证疗法配合病症检验,治疗总有效率达95%;与对照组相比差异性显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证疗法效果优、见效快,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the application conditions of TCM differentiation on disease examination. Methods： 40 patients were divided into 20 cases in the observation group, given TCM differentiation therapy, and 20 cases in the control group, given routine treatment and examination. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was 95%; compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation was confirmed with good and quick effects, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
