摘要
目的:探讨艾灸百会穴治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效和护理配合。方法:将我科治疗的过敏性鼻炎患儿94例分成观察组和对照组,每组47例,均给予常规治疗,观察组联合艾灸百会穴治疗并配合穴位按摩迎香穴等中医特色护理操作干预,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对过敏性鼻炎患儿给予艾灸百会穴并配合穴位按摩迎香穴等中医特色护理操作能够提高治疗效果,值得在临床大力推广使用。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy and nursing coordination of moxibustion at Baihui point on allergic rhinitis in children. Methods： 94 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 47 cases in the observation group were given conventional treatment. 47 cases in another group were given conventional treatment plus TCM nursing. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was obviously higher than that in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing could improve clinical effects, and is worthy of promotion.
