脑心通胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

Research on Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients with Naoxintong Capsule Combined Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets

目的:观察用脑心通胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:选择就诊于我院的92例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各46例。两组患者均给予低脂饮食、运动锻炼指导、抗凝、硝酸甘油片等西医常规处理。对照组患者在常规处理的基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔片内服治疗;治疗组患者则在对照组的基础上给予脑心通胶囊内服,4粒/次,3次/d,2周为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。治疗前后观察患者心绞痛的发作次数及硝酸甘油片的用量,检测血脂、血清C反应蛋白的水平变化,计算治疗的有效率。结果:治疗组有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的有效率76.1%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的心绞痛较治疗前有所缓解,心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油片用量与治疗前比有明显下降,治疗组下降程度更为突出(P<0.05);患者的血脂、血清C反应蛋白的水平较治疗前有所降低,以治疗组变化程度尤为显著(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片能有效缓解不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,改善患者的血脂代谢,疗效确切,值得临床广泛运用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating unstable angina pectoris patients with naoxintong capsule combined metoprolol tartrate tablets.Methods：92 unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into a control group of 46 cases and a treatment group of 46 cases.Patients in two groups were treated with conventional western medicine foundation treatment,such as low fat diet, exercise, anticoagulation, nitroglycerin tablets,and so on. Patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets;while patients in the treatment group were treated with naoxintong capsule,4 capsules/time,3times/day,wo weeks for a course, four courses for treatment. We observed the patients’attack frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin tablets, and tested the level change of blood lipid and CRP pretherapy and post-treatment, and calculated the effective rate of the two groups. Results：The efficiency for patients in the treatment group is 93.5%, which was higher than that of the effective rate of the control group 76.1%（P＜0.05）.After treatment,the angina pectoris of the patients was improved, and the patients’ attack frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin tablets went down clearly, the degree of change in the treatment group was more pronounced（P＜0.05）. The level of blood lipid and CRP went down clearly, the degree of change in the treatment group was more pronounced（P＜0.05）.Conclusion： Treating unstable angina pectoris patients with naoxintong capsule combined metoprolol tartrate tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the patient＇s blood lipid metabolism, which has curative effect, is worthy of further development.
