中医综合疗法治疗单纯胫骨平台骨折临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of simple tibial plateau fractures by TCM comprehensive therapy

目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折的诊断与治疗。方法：选取我院2010年6月份-2012年6月份收治的单纯胫骨平台骨折患者60例，采用中医综合疗法治疗单纯的颈骨平台骨折患者。治法包括手法复位、功能锻炼、内服中药等。结果：本组患者共治愈42例，好转10例，总有效率为86.66%。余8例手法复位欠佳，采用手术治疗。结论：中医疗法对治疗单纯胫骨平台骨折有明显的效果，而且操作简单，值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods：60 patients with simple tibial plateau in our hospital from June, 2010 to June, 2012 were treated with TCM Comprehensive Therapy. The methods include manipulative reduction, functional exercise, oral Chinese medicine etc.. Results： 42 cases in this group were cured, 10 cases improved and the total effective rate was 86.66%. The effect of more than 8 cases of manipulative reduction was invalid with surgery treatment. Conclusion：Chinese medicine therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of simple fracture of tibial plateau with the advantage of simple operation, which is worthy of promotion.
