子宫肌瘤的经腹超声学表现与诊断

Manifestation and Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroid in Transabdominal Ultrasonography

目的:分析超声学对子宫肌瘤的诊断结果准确性及辅助临床诊断的意义。方法:收治我院子宫肌瘤患者59例,运用常规的经腹超声诊断方法,观察子宫肌瘤病灶的数目、大小及肌瘤内部是否均匀或液化、囊变等。结果:对59例患者术前确诊为子宫肌瘤与术后病理证实病情相对比分析,总的符合率96.92%,其中有1例为子宫肥大,1例漏诊。结论:经腹超声学的诊断方法,不仅有助于子宫肌瘤的诊断,而且为肌瘤是否有变性提供参考依据,该方法操作简单并且对母体子宫无创伤是作为临床检查的首选方法。

Objective：To analyze the diagnostic accuracy and auxiliary diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Methods： 59 patients with uterine fibroids admitted by our hospital were diagnosed by conventional transabdominal ultrasonography. The number, size, eveness, liquidation, and cystic changes of fibroids were observed. Results：The total coincidence rate of the 59 cases’ preoperative diagnosis of uterine fibroids and postoperative pathology was 96.92%.1 case had uterine hypertrophy and 1 case missed diagnosis. Conclusion：the diagnostic method of transabdominal ultrasonography is not only helpful to the diagnosis of uterine fibroids, but also provides reference for the lesions of fibroids. The method is simple to operate and without trauma to the womb. It can be taken as the first method for clinical tests.
