益气化浊汤联合西医常规治疗对代谢综合征胰岛素敏感性的影响

Clinical study of Yiqihuazhuo soup for improving insulin sensitivity of metabolic syndrome

目的观察益气化浊汤联合西医常规治疗对代谢综合征胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法将180例代谢综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组90例予西医常规治疗,治疗组90例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气化浊汤治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程,治疗8个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标水平。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C等指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化浊汤用于代谢综合征治疗可有效提高胰岛素敏感性,改善机体代谢状况。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqihuazhuo soup for improving insulin sensitivity of metabolic syndrome for providing treatment evidences. Methods 180 patients with insulin sensitivity of metabolic syn- drome were randomly divided into two groups including control group （90 patients） with standard treatment of conven- tional western medicine therapy and treatment group （90 patients） with Yiqihuazhuo soup on the basis of control group treatment. The course was seven days in two groups. FBG, 2hPG, HbAlc, HOMA - IR, TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The significant improving efficiency and total effective rate of treatment group was significant higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The FBG, 2hPG, HbAlc, HOMA- IR, TC, TG, LDL- C and HDL- C after treatment of both groups were significant better than those before treatment, and the improving degree of treatment group was also better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqihuazhuo soup on metabolic syndrome can efficiently enhance insulin sensitivity and improve metabolic status.
