诺迪康胶囊对高血压、高血糖合并高血脂大鼠的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察诺迪康胶囊对高血压、高血糖合并高血脂大鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为2组,即正常对照组20只,高脂模型组40只。正常对照组予基础饲料,高脂模型组予高脂饲料,诱导建立高血压、高血糖合并高血脂大鼠模型。再将高脂模型组40只随机分为模型对照组、诺迪康胶囊对照组,每组20只。模型对照组予等容积0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,饲养条件不变;诺迪康胶囊对照组予诺迪康胶囊灌胃。比较正常对照组、高脂模型组大鼠实验第4周空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、血压(BP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)及游离脂肪酸(FFA)变化;比较正常对照组、模型对照组、诺迪康胶囊对照组大鼠实验第8周FPG、FINS、BP、TC、TG及FFA变化。结果高脂模型组大鼠实验第4周FPG、FINS、BP、TC、TG及FFA均较正常对照组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),说明造模成功。诺迪康胶囊对照组大鼠实验第8周FPG、FINS、BP、TC、TG及FFA均较模型对照组降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诺迪康胶囊可以有效改善大鼠的糖脂质代谢紊乱,降低FPG、FINS、BP、TC、TG及FFA,对高血压、高血糖合并高血脂有一定的疗效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Nuodikang capsule on hypertension rats with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, normal control group ( n = 20) and hyperlipid model group ( n = 40). Normal control group given basic feed, hyperlipid model group was given a high -fat feed. Hypertension rats'model with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were induced. 40 rats in hyperlipid model group were randomly divided into model control group and Nuodikang capsule group, 20 rats in each group. Model control group received isovolumetric 0.9% sodium chloride injection to fill the stomach, such as breeding condition unchanged; Nuodikang capsule group received Nuodikang capsule to fill the stomach, to feed four weeks. Fasting blood glucose ( FPG), fasting insulin ( FINS), blood pressure ( BP), TC, TG and free fatty acid (FFA) after four weeks of experiment were compared in normal control group and hyperlipid model group. FPG, FINS, BP, TC, TG and FFA after eight weeks of experiment were compared in normal control group and model con- trol group and Nuodikang capsule group. Results The levels of FPG, FINS, BP, TC, TG and FFA in hyperlipid model group were increased after four weeks ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). The results showed that building success. The levels of FPG, FINS, BP, TC, TG and FFA in Nuodikang capsule group were decreased as compared with those in model control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). There was no obvious difference between Nuodikang capsule group and normal control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Nuodikang capsule can effectively improve glucose lipid metabolism in rat, lower serum levels of FPG, FINS, BP, TC, TG and FFA, and has certain therapeutic effect on hypertension with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.
