芎芍二乌活血止痛酊热敷联合辨证施护治疗颈椎病53例疗效观察

Effect of Huoxue Zhitong tincture for Xiongshao erwu combined with the dialectical nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis

目的观察芎芍二乌活血止痛酊热敷联合辨证施护治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将106例颈椎病患者随机分为2组。对照组53例应用针刺及常规药物治疗,并配合常规护理。治疗组53例在针刺及常规药物治疗基础上予芎芍二乌活血止痛酊热敷和中医辨证施护。2组均5 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈率79.25%,总有效率94.34%,对照组治愈率60.38%,总有效率84.91%,治疗组治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芎芍二乌活血止痛酊热敷治疗颈椎病,配合辨证施护措施,提高颈椎病患者的生活质量,提高治愈率、总有效率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hospital preparations of Huoxue Zhitong tincture for Xiongshao erwu combined with the dialectical nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Method 106 patients with cervical vertebra disease were randomized in as control group and treatment group. The control group were treated with acupuncture and routine drug therapy, and combined with routine nursing. The treatment group re- ceived Huoxue Zhitong tincture for Xiongshao erwu combined with the dialectical nursing on the basis of acupuncture and routine drug therapy. The course was five days in two groups. The curative effect was evaluated after two groups. Result The cure rate of 79.24% and the total efficiency of 94.34% in treatment were significantly higher than those in control group （60.38%, 84.91%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong tincture for Xiongshao erwu com- bined with the dialectical nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can improve the quality of life of patients with cervical spondylosis, shorten treatment time,increase the cure rate, and reduce the recurrence rate.
