不同术式对食管癌患者机体代谢及转移相关指标的影响

Comparison on the influence of different operation types for the body metabolism and metastasis related factors of patients with esophageal cancer

目的:比较不同术式对食管癌患者机体代谢及转移相关指标的影响程度。方法:选取于本院进行手术治疗的72例食管癌患者为研究对象,将72例患者根据手术方式分为A组(开胸手术组)36例和B组(胸腔镜手术组)36例,然后将两组术前1d及术后3、5、10d的机体代谢及转移相关指标进行检测及比较。结果:B组术后3、5d及10d的蛋白代谢指标均高于A组,糖代谢指标及转移相关指标均低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜手术对食管癌患者机体代谢及转移相关指标的影响更为积极,更有助于患者术后的康复。

Objective：To observe and compare the influence degree of different operation types for the body metabolism and metastasis related factors of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods：72patients with esophageal cancer who were scheduled for operation in our hospital were selected and divided into group A（open chest operation group,n=36cases）and group B（thoracoscopic operation group,n=36cases）by types of operation they underwent,then the body metabolism and metastasis related factors of two groups at first day before the operation and at third,fifth and tenth day after the operation were all detected and compared.Results：The proteometabolism indexes of group B at third,fifth and tenth day after the operation were all higher than those of group A,glycometabolism indexes and metastasis related factors were all lower than those of group A（P all〈0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of different operation types for the body metabolism and metastasis related factors of patients with esophageal cancer are more active,and it is more benefit for the postoperative recovery of patients.
