不同严重程度手足口病患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6与胆碱酯酶的变化及意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究不同严重程度手足口病(HFDM)患儿血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)表达水平的变化及临床意义。方法 :收集73例HDFM患儿血清,其中普通患儿组34例、重症患儿组23例、危重症患儿组16例,另选取26例健康儿童血清为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测不同组TNF-α与IL-6的表达水平,采用速率法检测CHE。结果:病例组(普通组、重症组和危重症组)和对照组相比,血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清CHE与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组中,重症组和危重症组血清TNF-α表达水平均明显高于普通组(P<0.05),危重症组血清IL-6表达水平高于重症组和普通组(P<0.05),CHE在各病例组中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炎症细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的升高和病情的严重程度相一致,在监测疾病进展、判断预后和指导治疗中具有重要作用,CHE蛋白则对于HMFD病情发展无临床指导意义。 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and cholinesterase(CHE)of children with hand foot and mouth disease(HFDM).Method:Seventy-three children with HFDM were divided into ordinary group(n=34),severe group(n=23),and critical group(n=16).Twenty-six children served as control group.TNF-αand IL-6were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay assay,and the CHE was detected with rate assay.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software.Results:TNF-αand IL-6of patients with HFDM were increased compared with control group.There was no significant difference in serum CHE between HFDM groups and control group(P〈0.05).The levels of TNF-αin severe group and critical groups were significantly increased compared with ordinary group(P〈0.05).The levels of IL-6in critical group were significant higher than the sever group and the ordinary group(P〈0.05).The levels of CHE showed no significant differences among three groups(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The increased of inflammatory cytokines IL-6and TNF-αare consistent with severity of the disease,and the cytokines play important roles in monitoring disease progression,determining prognosis and guiding treatment.CHE may have no clinical value for HMFD.
