摘要
目的:探讨Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、Bcl-2结合抗凋亡基因(Bag-1)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因(Bcl-2)在乳腺肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取本院乳腺浸润性导管癌及其癌旁组织各85例、乳腺导管内癌及其癌旁组织各70例,采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(S-P)免疫组化法检测Bax、Bag-l、Bcl-2蛋白在各组织中的表达。结果:Bax蛋白在浸润性导管癌组织中的表达与癌旁正常组织及导管内癌组织比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白在浸润性导管癌组织中的表达高于在癌旁正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);浸润性导管癌组织中Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于导管内癌癌组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织中Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白表达高于癌旁正常组织,在浸润性导管癌中的表达高于导管内癌组织,Bag-1、Bcl-2高表达可作为判断乳腺疾病良、恶性及预后的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Bax,Bag-l,Bcl-2 in breast cancer tissues. Methods.. A total of 85 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its para-carcinoma tissues were collected, 70 cases of breast ductal carcinoma in situ and its para-carcinoma tissues were alos collected. The streptomyces avidin-peroxidase (S-P) immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Bax, Bag-l, Bcl-2 in various tissues. Results.. The Bax expression in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissues was not statistically different from that in the para-carcinoma tissues and the ductal carcinoma in situ tissues (P〉0.05). The expression of Bag-l,Bcl-2 in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in the para-carcinoma normal tissues (P(0.05). And the expression level of Bag-l,Bcl-2 was significantly higher in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissues than that in the ductal carcinoma in situ tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The expression of Bag-l,Bcl-2 in the breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that in the non-carcinomatous breast tissues, higher in the invasive ductal carcinoma tissues than that in the ductal carcinoma in situ tissues. Increased expression of Bag-l,Bcl-2 can be used as an indicator to differentiate malignant breast tumor from benign ones and can also used to predict the prognosis.
