摘要
钢材由于受轧制、冷却、运输或热处理过程中的诸多因素影响会产生弯曲而影响产品质量。为了消除这些弯曲缺陷,轧件需要在矫直机上进行矫直。在管棒材生产中应用较多的是斜辊矫直机和压力矫直机。简要介绍以斜辊矫直机为平台对其进行改造,原有的电动机推动轧辊上下运动的结构已经不能满足使用要求,现将其改为由液压缸推动。设计相应的液压系统,并运用AMESim软件对液压系统进行仿真,结果表明,液压缸驱动轧辊上下运动的模式能满足矫直工艺及精度需求,为相关实际工作提供了一定的参考依据。
Due to many factors in rolling, cooling, transport or heat treatment process, steel will produce bending to affect the product quality. The straightening machine is useful to eliminate these defects. There are lots of obis designed and has been simulated by using the software can satisfy the requirement of equipment accuracy, speed, evant companies. AMESim, and the results show that the hydraulic system etc. This study provides a frame of reference for the relevant companies.
