摘要
以新型盘辊式磨粉机的液压加载系统为研究对象,介绍了液压加载系统的工作原理,由液压系统的键合图推导出其系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB编写程序建立液压加载系统的仿真模型,通过仿真结果与实验数据对比,得到一些有益的结论,为液压加载系统的改进提供理论基础。
The hydraulic loading system of a new-type disc roller milling machine is taken as the research object, and its working principle is introduced. The mathematical model is deduced through the hydraulic system bond graph. The hydraulic loading system model is established by MATLAB. Some useful conclusions are obtained by the comparison between the simulation and the experimental results. A theoretical basis is provided for the improvement of the hydraulic loading system.
