壳聚糖对小鼠免疫调节作用的实验研究 被引量:6

Experimental study on the effect of chitosan on immune regulation in mice

摘要 目的探讨壳聚糖对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法分别以800、400、200 mg/kg·bw剂量的壳聚糖给小鼠连续灌胃30 d后,测定小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖转化能力、迟发型变态反应、小鼠抗体生成细胞数和溶血素水平、吞噬系统的碳廓清能力和吞噬鸡红细胞功能以及NK细胞活性。结果壳聚糖能够刺激小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖转化,提高迟发型变态反应水平,促进抗体生成细胞增殖,提高溶血素水平,增强吞噬系统的碳廓清能力和吞噬鸡红细胞功能,对NK细胞活性无显著影响。结论壳聚糖具有增强小鼠免疫力的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of chitosan on immunological lunction in mice. Methods Chitosan was consecutively oraily given to mice with the doses of 800 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg aad 200 mg/kg of body weight for 30 days. We conducted tests to determine the mice' s spleen lymphocyte transformation efficiency, delayed type hypersensitivity, antibody - producing cells, serum hemolysin levels, carbon clearance, phagocytizing chicken red blood cells and activity of NK cells. Results Chi- tosan could stimulate multiplication and transformation of the mice' s spleen lymphocytes, promote delayed hypersensitivity, increase the quantity of antibody producing cells, enhance the level of serum hemolysin, accelerate the carbon clearance and intensify the peritoneal macrophage. But chitecsan had no significant effect on the activity of NK cell. Conclusions Chitosan could improve the immunological function in mice.
