商洛市中学生亚健康状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on sub- health status and its influencing factors among middle school students in Shangluo City

目的 调查2012年商洛市中学生亚健康状况并探讨其影响因素,为中学生健康促进提供参考. 方法 整群随机抽取本市6所中学的7 428名中学生作为调查对象,采用《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》调查亚健康状况,自编因素调查问卷调查相关因素,分析亚健康及其影响因素. 结果 本市中学生亚健康检出人数为3 517名,检出率为47.35％.经单、多因素Logistic回归分析,不健康饮食（OR=2.218,95％ CI=1.374～6.812）、缺乏文体活动（OR=1.112,95％ CI=1.102～3.611）、作息时间不规律（OR=1.126,95％CI=1.102～3.611）和心理压力大（OR=1.106,95％ CI=1.008～2.372）为中学生亚健康的主要影响因素. 结论 商洛市中学生亚健康发生率较高,问题较为严重,应尽快制定实施包括心理、生活习惯、体育锻炼、健康教育及科学用药等多方面的综合干预措施.

Objective To investigate the sub- health status and its influencing factors of middle school students in Shangluo City in 2012, and to provide reference for health promotion among middle school students. Methods With cluster random sampling, 7,428 middle school students were selected from 6 middle schools in Shangluo City, and then surveyed by the Multidi- mensional Sub - health Questionnaire of Adolescents and the self- designed questionnaire about the influencing factors. Their sub - health status and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results A total of 3,517 middle school students were in sub - health condition, with the detection rate of 47.35%. Single and multiple factors Logistic regression analyses showed that un- healthy diet （ OR = 2. 218, 95 % CI = 1. 374 - 6. 812）, lack of cultural and sports activities （ OR = 1.112, 95 % CI = 1. 102 - 3.611 ）, irregular study and rest time （ OR = 1. 126, 95 % CI = 1. 102 - 3. 611 ） and great psychological pressure （ OR = 1. 106, 95 % CI = 1. 008 - 2. 372） were the main factors influencing sub - health status of middle school students. Conclusions The incidence rate of sub- health is higher among middle school students in Shangluo City, which is a serious probtem. It is necessary to formulate and implement comprehensive intervention measures as soon as possible, including psychology, living habits, physical exercises, health education and rational therapy.
