摘要
应用Flexsim仿真软件对箭牌糖果配送中心作业流程构建仿真模型,寻找阻碍配送中心高效率作业运行的瓶颈问题,结合实际条件,调整模型结构,为促进配送作业效率的提高提供建议和技术支持。
The Flexsim simulation software was applied to wrigley candy process to build the simulation model of logistics distri-bution center, looking for hinder the bottleneck problem of the distribution center＇s efficient operation, combined with the actual conditions, by adjusting the model structure, to promote the distribution operation efficiency to provide advice and technical sup-port.
