摘要
职业技能大赛引领了高职教育改革的方向,技能大赛与常规教学的融通是其成果之一。文章通过阐述高职常规教学的内容、高职物流技能大赛的现状以及二者融通的意义,从教学目标、教学内容、教学手段、创建校园物流公司的角度提出了二者融通的途径,首次提出了"挑战与激励"型教学模式以及创建校园物流公司的方式。
Vocational skills competition to lead the direction of the reform of vocational education, skills competition with conventional teaching scalability is one of the results. This paper describes the content of vocational conventional teach-ing, status of vocational logistics skills competition and the meaning of both scalability from teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, to create a campus logistics point of view of both approaches proposed scalability, the first pro-posed the“challenge and incentive”teaching model and cre-ating campus logistics company approach.
