宜昌市森林防火应急物流系统研究

The Research on Emergency Logistics System for Defending Forest Fire in Yichang

为了提高宜昌市森林防火应急物流资源信息化管理水平及指挥调度效率,降低决策偏差,使森林火灾造成的损失最小化,文章在现代物流理论和应急管理理论的基础上结合宜昌市森林防火的物流需求构建了一套适合宜昌市情的森林防火应急物流系统,此研究对提高宜昌市抗御重大森林火灾的能力具有重大的实际意义。

In order to improve information management and dispatching efficiency of emergency logistics system for defending for-est fire in Yichang city and reduce decision-making bias, minimize the loss caused by forest fires. In this paper, combine the forest fire prevention in Yichang city demand, the emergency logistics system for defending forest fire is be structured on the ba-sis of modern logistics theory and emergency management theory. This research will have great practical significance for improving the ability to withstand the major forest fire in Yichang.
