《金匮要略》桂枝茯苓丸在缺血性中风运用举隅

桂枝茯苓丸出自张仲景所著的《金匮要略》,是为妊娠伴有症瘕以致漏下不止而设。该文在历代医家对桂枝茯苓丸认识的基础上,进行综合分析和概括,并从本方的病机特点、治法及方药组成几方面做较全面而详细的阐述。另外根据其配方特点、现代药理研究及对血液流变学影响的分析,在临床上用于瘀阻脉络而致的缺血性中风病的治疗屡获良效。结果表明桂枝茯苓丸不仅是一张妇科良方,其也为在临床实践中应用于一些夹有瘀证的内科疾病进一步深入探讨提供参考和依据。

Guizhi Fuling Pill from ZHANG Zhongjing＇s Synopsis of Golden Chamber is used for the pregnancy with abdominal mass and blood leak. Based on the knowledge from old Chinese medicine doctors of Guizhi Fuling Pill, we made a comprehensive analysis and summary from the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the decoction and treatment. Under the research of modern pharmacological research and the formulation characteristics and influence in the blood rheology of blood stasis, Guizhi Fuling Pill was used in the ischemic stroke and got good results. The results indicate that Guizhi Fuling Pill is not only a gynecological recipe, but also an internal fomular, which provided a good applications for the internal disease with blood stasis syndrome.
