电针“老十针”为主治疗胃食管返流病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease by Electroacupuncture at the Old 10-Needles

目的:运用电针"老十针"为主治疗胃食管返流病(GERD)患者,观察对患者主要症状的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的62例患者,采取随机法分为对照组(31例)和治疗组(31例),对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利;治疗组采用"老十针"为主的电针疗法,4周后统计结果。结果:治疗后治疗组在改善主要症状(烧心、反酸、反食、胸骨后灼痛)的综合疗效及总有效率,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用"老十针"为主的电针疗法优于单纯口服枸橼酸莫沙必利。

Objective ： Electroacupuncture at the old 10-needles was used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD ）patients to observe its impact on cardinal symptoms and protective efficacy of patients. Methods ： 62 cases consistent with internalizing criteria were divided into the control group （ 31 cases ） and the observation group （ 31 cases ） with the taking random methods. The control group was given Mosapride. The observation group used eleetroacupuncture at the old 10-needles. A course of treatment was four weeks. Results ： After treatment, in the comprehend effect, improving the main symptoms （ heart burn, sour regurgitation, food reflux, and chest pain ） and the total effective rate aspects, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Electroaeupuncture at the old 10-needles could better improve the main symptoms of GERD patients.
