摘要
目的:探讨姜黄素对二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)诱发的新西兰大白兔口腔癌的预防作用。方法:通过DMBA诱发新西兰大白兔口腔癌模型,同时用1.0、0.3 g/kg姜黄素进行干预,进行口腔肿瘤发生率、癌变率、微核细胞率、细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)和上皮生长因子受体(EGFR)检测。结果:高剂量姜黄素组(1.0%)、低剂量姜黄素组(0.3%)平均抑制肿瘤的能力即简称肿瘤负荷抑制率分别为75.6%、61.2%;癌变率、微核细胞率和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)标记指数与阳性对照组比较明显降低,然而对上皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达无干扰。结论:姜黄素对二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)诱发的新西兰大白兔口腔癌有良好的干预效应,同时不影响新西兰大白兔本身的成长。
Objective : To investigate the prevention of the curcumin dimethyl benzene and anthracene ( DMBA ) induced oral cancer of New Zealand white rabbit. Methods : DMBA was used to induce New Zealand white rabbit model of oral cancer, at the same time with 1.0 g/kg, 0.3 g/kg of curcumin to intervene. The incidence of oral cancer, AiBianLv, rate of micronucleus cells, cell proliferating nuclear antigen( PCNA ) and epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR )were detected. Results : High doses of curcumin group( 1.0% ), low doses of curcumin group ( 0.3% ) average inhibiting tumor which were referred as the ability of tumor load inhibition rate were 75.6% ,61.2%. AiBianLv, the rate of micronucleus cells and PCNA labeling index ( PCNA ) compared with those of positive control group were significantly reduced, but the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) had no interference. Conclusion : Curcumin of dimethyl benzene and anthracene ( DMBA ) induced oral cancer of New Zealand white rabbit has good effect, at the same time it does not affect the growth of the New Zealand white rabbit itself.
