摘要
目的:测定不同种类大豆中纤维素酶的含量。方法:采用DNS测还原糖法对大豆中的所含纤维素酶进行间接测定。结果:不同种类豆科植物中纤维素酶含量由高到低顺序为:黑豆>黄豆>红豆>绿豆。结论:此实验方法简便可靠,易于操作,通过对不同种类豆科植物中纤维素酶的含量比较,可为虎杖药材炮制辅料的筛选提供一定依据。不同种类豆科植物中所含纤维素酶含量不同,其中黑豆中所含的纤维素酶含量较多。
Objective : To determine the different types of cellulase soybeans. Method : DNS measurement method was used for sugar contained in soy indirect measurement of cellulase. Result : Different types of cellulase content of legumes descending order: beans〉 Soybeans〉 bean〉 green beans. Conclusion : This method is simple, reliable, easy to operate. By comparing the different types of content eellulase legumes, and herbs cooked knotweed can provide a basis for screening materials. Different types of legumes contained different levels of cellulase, cellulase content of which contained more beans.
