Experience of ZHOU Hua Used Chinese Medicine as Powder of Scorpion Centipede Antler in Clinic

该文着重介绍周华老师运用全虫粉、蜈蚣粉、鹿角粉治疗冠心病心绞痛的经验,认为胸痹的主要病机为各种原因引起的心脉痹阻,临床表现为本虚标实;将冠心病心绞痛分为5个证型进行辨证论治。

This paper emphatically introduces the experience of usage of Chinese medicine by ZHOU Hua in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. These Chinese medicine include powder of Scorpion, Centipede and Antler. We consider that the main pathogenesis of qi obstruction in the chest is heart vessel blockage stasis caused by a variety of reasons. The clinical manifestations of qi obstruction are deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom. This article classifies angina pectoris into five syndromes to achieve the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
