中医微针刀松解术配合中药导入治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床疗效观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Study of Neurolysis by Micro-Needle Knife Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Inducts in Treating Myofascial Pain Syndrome of Back Region

目的:采用中医微针刀松解术配合中药导入治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:微针刀松解术和中药导入治疗腰背肌筋膜炎180例患者的治疗。结果:180例中,痊愈144例,好转30例,无效6例,总有效率96.67%。结论:微针刀松解术配合中药导入治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效确切。

Objective ： According to the clinical observation of neurolvsis by micro-needle knife cooperating with the traditional Chinese medicine inducts in treating myofascial pain syndrome, to investigate effective rate of the treatment methods. Method： 180 patients who were myofascial pain syndrome and were treated with micro-needle knife cooperating with the traditional Chinese medicine inducts were studied. Result： Among the 180 patients, 144 of them were cured, 30 of them were on the mend, 6 of them were void, and the total effective rate was 96.67%. Concluslon ： The curative effect ofmicro-needle knife cooperating with the traditional Chinese medicine inducts in treating myofascial pain syndrome is exact.
