基于关联规则中医药治疗单纯性肥胖用药规律研究

Drug Law Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Simple Obesity Based on Association Rules

目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗单纯性肥胖用药规律。方法:纳入中医药治疗单纯性肥胖用药规律文献共52篇,建立文献信息数据库。采用SPSS Clementine作为数据挖掘平台,进行关联规则分析、绘制关联规则的网状图。结果:提炼出中医药治疗单纯性肥胖常用药物、药对、药组。通过数据挖掘分析,发现中医药治疗单纯性肥胖以化痰、除湿、健脾、滋阴这几类药物为主。滋阴药物使用也比较频繁。结论:中医药治疗单纯性肥胖以化痰、除湿、健脾、滋阴这几类药物为主,既强调祛除湿邪,又注重健脾滋阴。

Objective ： To analyze drug law of simple obesity treated with Chinese medicine using data mining technology. Methods ： 52 papers of Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity drug law were contained in this research for extracting the information. Using SPSS Clementine as the platform of data mining, we made the association rules analysis and draw network graph. Results ： We analyzed Chinese medicine commonly-used drugs for treatment of simple obesity. Through data mining analysis, we found Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity with resolving phlegm, eliminating dampness, strenthening spleen. Yin-nourshing drug is also more frequent. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity mainly uses resolving phlegm, eliminating dampness, strenthening spleen and nourshing Yin drugs. We should focus on eliminating dampness and also nay attention to nourshine Yin.
