宁络护膜养胃合剂治疗急性胃黏膜损伤临床疗效观察

Ningluo Humo Yangwei Mixture in Treatment of Acute Gastric Mucosa Lesion

目的:观察宁络护膜养胃合剂治疗急性胃黏膜损伤的临床疗效。方法:对照组奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg日2次口服,疗程15 d;治疗组宁络护膜养胃合剂1剂/d口服,疗程15 d,各治疗40例,观察症状体征、电子胃镜变化。结果:治疗结束时,两组症状体征疗效比较总有效率,治疗组95%,对照组77.5%,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。电子胃镜疗效比较总有效率治疗组95%,对照组87.5%,与对照组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:宁络护膜养胃合剂对急性胃黏膜损伤患者有良好的防治作用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ningluo Humo Yangwei Mixture in the treatment of acute gastric mucosa lesion. Methods ： Control group used omeprazole enteric capsules 20 mg twice a day for 15 days. The treatment group used Ningluo Humo Yangwei Mixture 1 agent a day for 15 days. Both groups had 40 cases. The symptoms and signs were observed by electronic gastroscope. Results ： At the end of treatment, symptoms and signs comparative effectiveness was 95% in treatment group and the control group＇s effectiveness was 77.5%. Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Electronic gastroscope comparative effectiveness was 95% in treatment group and the control group＇s was 87.5%. There was no statistically significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion ： Ningluo Humo Yangwei Mixture has good control in patients with acute gastric mucosa lesion.
