摘要
《寿世青编》是清代一部著名的养生书,尤其重视饮食,在下卷专列病后调理服食法,集食治方剂百余首,分列于十三门。笔者对此进行总结归纳,发现有如下特点和规律:食治方剂应用较广;使用的食物以动物类、调味品、谷物为主;食物性质以平性和温凉性居多,寒热之品甚少;食药结合,相得益彰;剂型多样,粥酒为主;核心思想以"调和脾胃为要"。对于现代养生治病有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Shoushi Qingbian is a famous health care book in the Qing Dynasty, especially paying attention to diet. The second volume recorded conditioning method and food therapies more than 100, followed in the thirteen aspects. As a guide for people who desire for health, we found the following characteristics and rules : dietary treatment prescription for a wide range of applications ; the selection of food is the animal, condiments, grain based food nature ; food properties are commonly flat and cool and cold and heat food are rare; the food and drug complement each other; various dosage forms, mainly porridge and wine ; the most important idea is to restore the function of spleen and stomach. For modern health treatment, it has certain reference value and guiding significance.
