摘要
目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者血浆中的高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化及其临床意义及丹红注射液对两者的影响。方法:(1)选取我院急性冠脉综合征患者126例,不稳定型心绞痛41例,非ST段抬高型心肌梗死组43例,ST段抬高型心肌梗死42例,健康体检者53例,测其hs-CRP及脑钠肽前体(NTproBNP)浓度。(2)将126例急性冠脉综合征分为治疗组75例,非治疗组47例,治疗组给予常规西药治疗基础上加用丹红注射液30 mL静滴。结果:(1)不稳定型心绞痛、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死及ST段抬高型心肌梗死之间hsCRP及NT-proBNP浓度依次递增,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组hs-CRP及NT-proBNP浓度明显低于非治疗组,两组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:(1)血浆hs-CRP及NT-proBNP浓度检测可为急性冠脉综合征病情评估提供重要的参考价值。(2)丹红注射液能改善ACS患者病情程度,增加治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS ) and its clinical significance and Danhong Injection on both. Method : ( 1 )The hs-CRP and NT-proBNP concentrations were measured in 126 patients with acute coronary syndrome included 41 patients with unstable angina ( UA ), 43 patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction ( NSTEMI ), and 42 cases with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction ( STEMI ) and 53 cases of healthy. ( 2 ) 126 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into treatment group 75 cases, 47 cases of non-treatment group. The treatment group used Danhong Injection 30 mL based on the conventional medicine. Results: ( 1 )An increasing trend was found in hs-CRP and NT-proBNP concentrations with unstable angina, non-ST segment elevation between myocardial infarction and ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. The differences of trend were statistically significant between groups ( P〈0.05 ). ( 2 ) The hs-CRP and NT-proBNP concentrations in treatment groups were significantly lower than those of non-treated group, and had significant difference ( P〈0.05 ) in the two groups. Conclusion : The plasma hs-CRP and NT-proBNP concentration scan can provide an important reference value for acute coronary syndrome. Danhong Injection can improve the degree of illness in patients with ACS and increase therapeutic effect.
