半夏泻心汤加味治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fuctional Dyspepsia Treated with Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:70例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,治疗组用半夏泻心汤加味为基本方治疗,对照组用西沙必利治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组显效12例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%;对照组显效2例,有效20例,无效13例,总有效率62.8%,两组治疗效果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加味对功能性消化不良的治疗有较好作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Pinelliae Decoction for purging stomachfire in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods ： There were 70 patients which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group used the Pinelliae Decoction for purging stomachfire. The control group was treated with cisapride. 4 weeks was for 1 course. Results： The treatment group had 12 cases successful, 21 cases effective, 2 cases invalid and the total efficiency was 94.3%. In control group, 2 cases were successful, 20 cases were effective, 13 cases were invalid, and the total efficiency was 62.8%. There were significant differences in the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Pinelliae Decoction for purging stomachfire has good effects on the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
