工程档案信息化管理系统的功能与对策研究——以山东建筑大学为例

Function and countermeasures of information management system of project archives: A case study on Shandong Jianzhu University

工程档案管理是工程建设中的基础性、技术性工作。工程档案信息化是对档案信息资源的再整合,并利用现代信息技术为用户提供档案服务。物联网是新一代信息技术的重要组成部分,对加强工程档案信息化建设与管理具有诸多优势。文章以山东建筑大学工程档案信息化管理为例,着重研究基于物联网的工程档案信息化管理系统的功能与实现策略,构建了基于物联网的工程档案信息化管理系统框架,设计了适用于物联网信息化管理系统的工程档案信息化管理制度,以此推动实现工程档案电子化、智能识别调取、数据全时分析、数据实时更新、业内数据交流、数据共享等功能,提高工程档案信息化管理水平。

The Internet of Things（ IOT ）is an important part in the new generation of information technology,which has many advantages in strengthening project archival information＇s construction and management. By taking Shandong Jianzhu University＇s project archival information management as an example based on IOT,the paper focused on the function of information management system of project archives, built the framework of the information management system, and designed the information management system in order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing project archive management,improve management efficiency,save management costs,and improve the managers＇ level.
