超声在微创保胆治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Ultrasound Diagnosis in the Treatment of Minimally Invasive Gallbladder Surgery

目的:探讨分析超声诊断在微创保胆治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的72例胆囊疾病且行保胆手术治疗患者的临床资料,术前均进行常规腹部(肝、胆、脾、胰)超声检查及脂肪餐后胆囊功能检查,术中进行实时严密监测,术后1个月、3个月、6个月1年时分别按时进行复查。结果:超声诊断与微创保胆手术结果符合率为94.4%,为腹腔镜微创保胆手术准确地提供了诊断依据,并可客观评价微创保胆手术的临床效果。结论:通过超声检查可以对于胆囊、胆道及其周围组织的情况进行清楚了解,从形态、结构、功能等的总体评估及手术效果的评估具有重要的意义,该方式具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical value of Ultrasound diagnosis applied in the minimally invasive treatment of gallbladder.Method：Retrospectively analyzing of 72 patients with gallbladder disease in the gallbladder surgery in our hospital was presented.Routine ultrasound test of abdomen（liver,gallbladder,spleen,pancreas） and function test of gallbladder after fat meal were carried out before the surgery.During the surgery,close monitoring was conducted in real time.Reviewing of 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after the surgery were carried out on time.Result：The compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosis in minimally invasive gallbladder surgery was 94.4%,providing a basis for the diagnosis of minimally invasive laparoscopic gallbladder surgery and for objective evaluation of the clinical effects of gallbladder surgery.Conclusion：We can know the situation of the gallbladder,biliary tract and surrounding tissue clearly by ultrasound test.Overall assessment of morphology,structure,function and the effect of surgery is of important significance.So the method is worth of being promoted.
