手术室临床应用中双头输液器存在的安全问题及防范措施

Safety Issues and Precautions in the Operating Room Double Infusion Clinical Applications Exist

目的:探讨双头输液器在手术室临床使用中存在的安全风险及防范措施。方法:选择笔者所在医院手术室应用双头输液器静脉输液患者120例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察发现临床使用双头输液器存在的安全隐患,并制定相应的防范措施。结果:实施防范措施前,不良事件发生率为23.33%(28/120),实施防范措施后不良事件发生率为9.17%(11/120),不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:规范使用双头输液器,能够消除安全隐患和风险,实施防范措施后可以降低不良事件发生率。

Objective：To investigate the safety risks exist double clinical infusion use and preventive measures.Method：120 cases of transfusion patients in our hospital in the double vein infusion,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,observed the hidden security problems in clinical use of double infusion,and to formulate the corresponding preventive measures.Result：The implementation of preventive measures,the incidence of adverse events was 23.33%（28/120）,the implementation of measures of the incidence of adverse events was 9.17%（11/120）,the incidence of adverse events was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Regulate the use of double head transfusion device,can eliminate the potential safety hazard and risk,implement preventive measures can reduce the incidence of adverse events.
