CT引导下经皮微波刀治疗周围型肺癌的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficiency of CT-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy for treating peripheral type lung cancer

目的研究CT引导下经皮穿刺微波刀治疗周围型肺癌的疗效、安全性和肿瘤影像学变化。方法采用CT引导经皮穿刺,微波刀消融靶向治疗116例周围型肺癌。结果肺部微波消融治疗后增强CT显示肿瘤区出现低密度影,CT值由术前(60±5)HU降至(40±5)HU。治疗1个月后,所有肿瘤较前均有不同程度的缩小,有效率达92.3%。结论 CT引导下冷循环微波刀靶向治疗肺癌是一种安全、有效、微创的方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CT-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy for lung cancer of round-type. Methods The 116 cases of the lung cancer were treated with percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy under CT-guided. Results CT scan showed low density within tumors. Most of the lesions＇ sizes decreased one month after treatment. The effective rate was 92.3%. Conclusion CTguided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy is effective,mini-invasive,and safe for the treatment of lung cancer.
