摘要
高等职业院校的社会适应性处于从生存型向发展型过渡时期,人才培养模式反馈机制是决定这种转换能否成功实现的关键。当前人才培养模式反馈机制具有明显的行政性、封闭性、单向性、滞后性和孤立性印记。既有模式的转换需要突破来自行政化的组织体系、学科化的专业结构、消耗型的资源使用方式等方面约束,也有单向性的人才培养标准的约束。完善人才培养模式反馈机制需要从改变现有反馈机制的孤立性着眼,提升反馈机制对决策的影响能力。
The adaptability of higher vocational education is in the transformation from the survival type to the develop-ment-oriented type, and the feedback mechanism of the talent cultivation mode determines the process. The present sys-tem is bureaucratic, closed, unidirectional, behind-time and solitary. The restrain from bureaucratic system and others as-pects strengthen the path dependence. To promote the effect from feedback mechanism lies on how to remove the solitary.
