School Career Counseling Experience and Enlightenment in Korea and Singapore Under the Perspective of Cultural and Economic Development

新加坡、韩国与中国有相似的文化背景和经济发展历程,对新加坡和韩国学校职业辅导与文化背景之间的关系,以及学校职业辅导如何满足经济快速发展对员工素质的需求进行分析。借鉴其经验,我国应建立全覆盖的职业辅导体系、提高发现和培养人才的能力,并建立专门课程讲解和专题辅导相结合的课程体系。

Learning from their expe-rience, China should establish full coverage of career counseling system to improve the ability to find and nurture talent,and the establishment of specialized courses combine lectures and special counseling curriculum.
