女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒多重感染的基因型对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究南京及深圳两地女性宫颈细胞中23种人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)多重感染的基因型分布及其差异性。方法收集2010年1月-2011年12月深圳市2 915例及2011年4-12月南京市3 678例女性宫颈细胞标本,采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对23种HPV基因型进行检测,并对多重感染结果进行分析,应用SPSS13.0统计软件对相关数据进行统计处理。结果 6 593例女性宫颈细胞标本中检出HPV感染阳性1 002例,阳性率为15.20%;HPV多重感染率南京组为1.69%、深圳组为5.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);深圳组高危型HPV16多重感染率最高为1.61%、其次为58、52型,感染率分别为1.34%、1.30%,而南京组高危型HPV16多重感染率为0.44%,18、33、58型感染率均为0.33%;深圳组低危型HPV43、6、42型多重感染率,分别为1.72%、0.62%、0.58%,而南京组43、11、42型,感染率分别为0.65%、0.14%、0.08%。结论女性宫颈细胞HPV多重感染的主要型别南京地区为43、16、18、33、58型,深圳地区为43、16、58、52型,HPV基因芯片技术可检测宫颈细胞标本中的多种HPV基因型,其特异性强、敏感性高,对我国女性宫颈细胞HPV感染基因型分布的研究具有重要的意义。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the genotype distribution and difference of multiple infections of 23 types HPV in cervical cells of women in Nanjing and Shenzhen regions.METHODS Based on the original cervical cell specimens of 3678 women from Nanjing city of Jiangsu province from Apr.2011 to Dec.2011 and 2915women from Shenzhen city of Guangdong province from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011,we mainly tested 23 types of HPV genotypes in cervical cells by means of PCR and gene-chips technique.We also analyzed the results of multiple infections.The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0statistical software.RESULTS Out of 6593 cervical cell specimens,1002 cases were detected HPV infections with the positive rate of 15.20%.The multiple HPV infection rate of Nanjing region was 1.69%,and that of Shenzhen region was 5.66%.The difference was significant(P〈0.01).In Shenzhen,the highest multiple infection rate of high-risk HPV was HPV16 accounting for 1.61%,secondly HPV58 accounting for 1.34% and HPV52 accounting for 1.30%.In Nanjing,multiple infection rate of high-risk HPV was HPV16 accounting for 0.44%,and HPV18,HPV33 and HPV58all accounting for 0.33%.In Shenzhen,the multiple infections rate of low-risk HPV were HPV43,HPV6 and HPV42accounting for 1.72%,0.62%and 0.58%,respectively.In Nanjing,the multiple infection rate of HPV43,HPV11 and HPV42were 0.65%,0.14% and 0.08%.CONCLUSION The main multiple infection types of HPV are HPV43,HPV16,HPV18,HPV33 and HPV58in Nanjing region and the multiple infection types of HPV are HPV43,HPV16,HPV58 and HPV52in Shenzhen region.Gene-chip technology can detect multiple HPV genotypes in cervical cells with high sensitivity and specificity,which is important for the study of HPV genotypes distribution for Chinese women.
