持续质量改进在肿瘤专科医院医疗废物管理中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement of medical waste management in tumor hospital

目的探讨肿瘤专科医院医疗废物管理持续质量改进(CQI)的有效方法,不断提高医疗废物管理质量,为持续规范医疗废物的管理提供指引。方法医疗废物监控与质量改进小组全面收集医疗废物管理信息,找出薄弱环节,分析存在问题,制定持续质量改进方案并加以实施;调查实施前(2009年1月-2010年12月)92次与实施后(2011年1月-2012年12月)98次医疗废物管理检查9项主要指标变化,比较两组合格率。结果持续质量改进方法实施前医疗废物管理9项主要指标检查92次,平均合格67.44次,合格率73.31%;实施后检查98次,平均合格90.33次,合格率92.18%;实施后9项主要指标合格率明显提高,其中8项主要指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对肿瘤专科医院的特点,实施医疗废物管理持续质量改进方法,有助于持续提高医疗废物管理质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective method of continuous quality improvement（CQI）of medical waste management in cancer hospital,continuously improve the quality of medical waste management,and provide guidelines for sustainable and standardized management of medical wastes.METHODS Medical waste monitoring and quality improvement team comprehensively collected the medical waste management information,found out the weakness,analyzed the existing problems,and made continuous quality improvement plan and to implement.Totally 9main indexes of medical waste management changes were checked for 92 times before survey from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010and（2011.01-2012.12）98times after survey from Jan.2011 to Dec.2012.The two groups were compared for pass rate.RESULTS There were 92 times examinations about 9main indexes of medical waste management before the implementation of continuous quality improvement methods,and the average qualified examination number were 67.44 times with qualified rate of 73.31%;after the implementation,there were 98 times examination,and the average qualified examination number were 90.33 times with qualified rate of 92.18%.The qualified rate of 9main indicators increased significantly after the implementation,and 8main indexes with significant differences（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION According to the characteristics of the tumor hospital,implementation of continuous quality improvement of medical waste management is helpful to improve the quality of medical waste management.
