我国茉莉研究现状及问题分析

The Present Research Situation and Problem Analysis of Jasminum sambac in China

通过对国内茉莉研究的主要内容和方向的分析,为了解我国茉莉研究的现状,分析茉莉产业的发展前景以及目前所存在的问题奠定基础。结果表明:目前我国研究内容以茉莉高效栽培与繁育技术以及病虫害防治为主,研究注重应用价值,理论深度不足,相关分子生物学研究较少,并且尚鲜见良种选育方面的研究报道。针对目前我国茉莉产业品种单一、品质退化、产量下降、病虫害严重等问题,该研究提出了下一步应加强茉莉新品种的选育研究,并结合组培快繁技术进行良种繁育以及有机栽培综合措施进行商业化规模种植的建议。

Through the analysis of the main research contents of domestic research and direction on jasmine,for further understand the current situation of our country jasmine research,jasmine industry development prospects and problems existed in the foundation were analyzed.The results showed that the main research contents were efficient cultivation and breeding technology and pest control of jasmine,the most study focused on application value,but lack of theoretical depth and molecular biology research.In addition,the study of selective breeding has not been reported.In accordance with the serious problems of single variety,lower output,quality deteriorating,diseases and insect pests in jasmine industry,it was suggested to strengthen the research with jasmine breeding,and integrating with the technologies of in-vitro culture seedlings micro-propagation and a commercialize large-scale organic cultivation.
