摘要
多数问题馆员都存在心理问题。引入叙事疗法对他们进行管理,不仅能治他们心理问题之本而且能充分落实人本管理思想。图书馆叙事管理策略就是利用故事叙说、问题"外化"、仪式强化等技巧,解构问题馆员的僵化故事,为他们重塑适应当下生活工作的新故事。
Most of librarians have psychological problems. The introduction of narrative therapy, not only can cure them of the psychological problems and can fully implement people-oriented management thinking. Library narrative management strategy is the using of telling story, making the question "outside" and ceremonies strengthening, deconstructing domination stories of problem librarians to remake new stories of their contemporary life and work.
