集群网络结构特征对知识创新的影响研究——以上海市信息服务产业为例 被引量:2

The Research on the Impact of Cluster Networks’ Characteristics upon Knowledge Innovation——Case of Shanghai Information Services Industry Cluster

摘要 本文对上海市信息服务业构建“企业与科研机构”之间合作的隶属网络,研究了科研机构集群网络结构特征和企业集群网络结构特征对企业知识创新的影响。通过挖掘数据实证分析得出了以下结论:科研机构在网络中的时间越长越能够吸引更多的企业与之进行合作,科研机构集群网络规模越大、在集群网络所处的“位置”越占优势、所面向的行业更广阔,将有助于增加其与企业合作的机会。而企业与科研机构合作的增多有利于企业集群网络结构特征的提升,也即有利于企业与更多的差异性高的企业合作,不断稳固、提高自己的行业地位,在网络中处于“核心位置”,这些优势都将促进企业知识创新能力的提升。此外,企业在网络中的时间越长、注册资金增大、有外资参与对企业的知识创新有着显著的正向影响。 An affiliation network is built up based on the cooperation between enterprises and institutes of Shanghai information services industry in order to explore the impacts of cluster network characteristics of institutes and enterprises on knowledge innovation ability of enterprises. The empirical analysis gets conclusions as follows. The longer an institute exists in a network, the more chance it will get to cooperate with enterprises. The enhancement of cluster network characteristics of the institute will promote its cooperation with enterprises. Increasing cooperation between an enterprise and institutes will reinforce the network characteristics of the enterprise and finally enhance its knowledge innovation ability. Besides that, extending an enterprise's time span in a network, increasing its registered capital, having foreign investment involved all have significant positive impacts on enterprise knowledge innovation ability.
