摘要
工程供应链管理作为一种新的工程管理理念与方法,在提高企业核心竞争力和增加利润的同时,也会带来一定的风险。工程供应链风险具有模糊性的特点。以滨江港口物流园区建设项目工程供应链为研究对象,从工程建设项目全寿命周期管理的四个阶段进行分析,识别了其存在的风险因素。运用模糊数学的相关理论,构建了符合工程供应链特点的两级模糊综合评价指标体系。对滨江港口物流园区建设项目风险进行了实例分析,证实了该方法在评价工程供应链风险中的可行性。
As a new administration idea and method of construction industry, construction supply chain management can not only improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and increase the profits, but also bring some risks. Construction supply chain is characterized with fuzziness. Taking the construction project supply chain of Binjiang port logistics park as the research object, we analyzed the 4 stages in the process of life-cycle management of the construction project, and identified the risk factors. By using the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics, we built the 2-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system in accord with the characteristics of construction supply chain, and made the case study of construction project risk in Binjiang port logistics park to verify the feasibility of this method in construction supply chain risk evaluation.
