基于IEC 61968消息的智能配电网管理系统信息集成容易因消息不规范造成互操作失败,影响相关业务的正常进行,因而对消息质量提出了越来越高的要求。但是,目前尚缺乏有效的规则和手段对IEC 61968消息进行测试。为解决该问题,提出了IEC 61968消息的分层一致性测试规则,和元数据及规则驱动的一致性测试方法框架,并设计了一种可扩展、松耦合的一致性测试Web服务体系。基于.NET Framework 3.5框架开发了一套IEC 61968消息一致性测试服务,测试实例表明其具有良好的测试效果。

The information integration of IEC 61968 message based smart distribution network management system is easily to cause interoperation failures due to non-standardization of messages and it leads to the influence on the normal proceeding of related services, therefore more and more strict requirements on message quality are put forward. At present there is not yet valid rules and means for the test of IEC 61968 messages. For this reason, layered rules with a metadata and rule-driven architecture for IEC 61968 message conformance test is proposed, and an extensible and loosely coupled Web services system for conformance test is designed. Based on .NET Framework 3.5, a set of IEC 61968 message conformance test services is developed, and results of test case show that using the developed test services a satisfied test effect can be achieved.
