Z源逆变器及其多种改进拓扑结构的比较 被引量:48

摘要 相比于传统电压源、电流源型逆变器,Z源逆变器可以实现升降压变换,而且桥臂无需要插入死区时间,所以逆变器具有较高的可靠性。但同时传统Z源逆变器具有电容电压较高,存在启动冲击等问题。为了解决这些问题,研究学者提出了各种改进型Z源拓扑,但这些拓扑只能改进传统Z源逆变器的部分缺陷,而且改进的缺陷各不相同,这就导致使用者难以准确选择拓扑结构。为此,对常见的多种Z源逆变器拓扑进行了理论分析和仿真研究,从应用场合、性能优劣等方面进行了区分,以为使用者提供参考。 Different from traditional voltage source inverter (VSI) and current source inverter (CSI), the step-up and step-down transformation can be implemented by Z-source inverter while it is not needed to insert the dead-time in the bridge arms, so the inverter can possess higher reliability. However, there are such defects in traditional Z-source inverter as startup shock and higher capacitor voltage, in allusion to them, various improved Z-source topologies are put forward by researchers, but these topologies can only improve part of defects in traditional Z-source inverter and the improved defects differ from one another, so it makes the users difficult to select the proper topological structure. For this reason, theoretical analysis and simulative research on common topologies of Z-source inverter are performed, and these topological structures are differentiated in the aspects of applications and performance for users to reference.
